I worked at CSG International full-time

    Pros

Friendly people but awful management at that price

    Cons

There are no future opportunities. Company is cheap. No advance tool. Still in middle age. Future prospects are dull.

    Advice to Management

Please work on company politician's and people rising to positions without College Degrees. Shame on this company. People are put on performance improvement plan once the project is over to let go with severance package. This is common at CSG. They have learned new ways of firing people while saving cost.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

The senior software developers here are really nice. The summer outing is really fun. The MSDN subscription is nice. FREE POPCORN <3

    Cons

My boss/ scrum master had no idea how to be a servant leader. He never took the time understand any of any of the issues I faced. The team I was on was in complete chaos all the time.
Promotions seemed to be based on friendships. If I stayed here I would have been a level 1 developer for 10 years. It is definitely the type of place you have to leave and then come back to get a raise.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to empower jr. developers! Invest in training managers to work with jr. developers.

    Pros

Good billing product which could be prospective if deliveries managed well.

    Cons

Too much politics and favourism at management level. Resourcing is very bad into projects and few people are more powerful than it is requiired to be. Very manupulative environment.

    Advice to Management

Bring transparency in decision making. Avoid regionalism, Streamline resource allocation process which is pathetic.
