    Pros

The company has 2 nice new buildings in Omaha and the people make it a nice place to work.

    Cons

Yearly increases in pay were much less than the year's inflation rate. Bonus' were rare and in 5 years I only found out they existed after I resigned and was asked by a co-worker why I would quite a week before the bonuses came out.

    Pros

    Good Family Benefits, Midwestern Culture

    Cons

Don't try to climb the corporate ladder here- there are people who have been hanging onto their rung for decades. Try another ladder.

    Advice to Management

    Create more career advancement opportunities

    Pros

There are a ton of hardworking people with skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service.

    Cons

Company does everything on the cheap. From layoffs to training (lack of) to not hiring sufficient staff to provide the level of service demanded by customers, the company is cheap.

    Advice to Management

Stop getting rid of experienced people so easily to save a buck. Pretty soon you are going to either cut too deep that you will hope you can beg them to come back or create so many experienced frenemies in your customer base (after they hire your experienced talent) that your business will suffer.

  9. "Ok job until you find another one."

    Pros

Stable, overtime available, breakfast on fridays, schedule, possibility for bonus.

    Cons

No real opportunities for advancement, schedule, pay, uncaring, training, didn't feel like all the hard work was worth it or truly recognized.

    Advice to Management

Businesses aren't in the business of keeping people employed but happy employees are one of the most meaningful metrics in business and you fall flat here. Used to be a good company that valued your employees now it's about filling openings with a number for as little as possible.

    Pros

Great people to work with; financially sound, growing company; superb products and market share in our largest business units

    Cons

Limited capabilities and willingness to win new business in many markets in the business unit I work in; little investment in services/products that are necessary to win.

    Advice to Management

Invest in all areas of the company; in particular marketing and product departments that have a deep understanding of the markets we serve, industry at large and products that are leading edge

I worked at CSG International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

CSG is a place where employees can hone their skills.

    Cons

Management is out of touch. The only thing CSG has to offer it's current and potential clients is a lower price.

    Advice to Management

    Take your blinders off.
