    Pros

Depending on your direct supervisor, you may have a great working relationship and experience. One of my supervisors in particular was a wonderful person to work for. Health benefits and PTO are generally pretty strong.

    Cons

The BakeMark CEO (not Ms. Kirkegaard) is feared by the entire organization. This doesn't do much for company morale and makes for a negative working environment. The company is continuously going through structural and ownership changes, leaving employees regularly concerned about company stability and job security.

    Advice to Management

Focus on company morale and make employees feel like their contributions are appreciated. Try to better support employees through organizational changes. Do not support intimidation tactics employed by the BakeMark CEO.

    Pros

The people are hands down the best part of this company. R&D, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain work well together.

    Cons

It's nearly impossible to get anything done because upper management is clearly not on the same page. You meet resistance if you have to engage with people outside of the business development side of things.

Upper management makes drastic changes ALL the time. They don't allow time for everyone to get fully integrated into a change before they make another change.

    Advice to Management

Quit changing every time the wind blows. Quit laying good, dedicated people off. Talk to your managers before you decide to dismiss the people with all the knowledge and relationships. You have destroyed what was once an amazing company to work for.
