    None that I know of.

    Cons

    All of the good reviews are posted by contractors and freelancers they hired to bring the rating up. I know this first hand. If you ask them about the bad reviews during interview, they will tell you those are reviewed by "unhappy plant workers" not from the offices. Most of the bad reviews came from the office employees. Don't believe their lies.

    I have been working at CSM Bakery Solutions full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

    Pay is okay. No overtime but they want the work done no matter what.

    Cons

    Incompetent managers who has no idea what they are doing. They ran off the good managers and left a manager with no clue and hired another back that had been fired as a contractor because she did not know her job. Treated bad and new manager is hiring her friends. Complain to HR but nothing.

    A paycheck is the only thing decent and thats a stretch.

    Cons

    RUN!!!! Do not work here!! They pay the higher ups a very large salary while most are incompetent. Management is a joke! New director was a good talker to get in the door. Company going down-furure of the hardworking employees does not look good. They layoff then turn around and hire again.

    ADVICE TO HR-take time to higher people with skills, listen to the employees rather than taking sides automatically of management

    Do not work here. Management plays favorites and nurture a toxic environment. Supervisor quit due to this environment. Say they offer competitive wages yet pay less the most places. Company is all about churning out profit without any regard to employees. They will promote you and not give you the corresponding pay rate. Company uses its employees until they quit
