    Pros

    Great company with a ton of potential. They have a good market segment, solid growth, and have overcome huge obstacles to stay relevant in a challenging marketplace. Great employees who really do want the company to succeed.

    Cons

    Unrealistic expectations by middle to senior management. They choose to manage the KPIs instead of actually learning how the business works and then managing the business. Try using the KPIs as intended (they are indicators, not gospel!). Communication across the entire organization is atrocious! Don't be surprised when neither hand knows what the other is doing, and learn to expect the corporate silo mentality at every turn. Mundane decisions are shuffled around until they reach ridiculously high levels because people are more concerned with protecting their jobs than just doing what needs to be done. Too much effort spent on cultivating fear instead of trust. They make money in spite of their work, not because of it.

    Pros

    Absolutely none. Pay is ok. Good Ole boy culture.

    Cons

    While being a failing business the company as somehow managed to stay silent during these volatile times within the black community. The headquarters is in Atlanta where most of the workforce (corporate and plant workers) are black. Most black employees come in to work being emotionally and physically drained due the current events within the community. The CEO and VPs see all of the black people on a daily basis coming in to work doing their best regardless of what’s going on. No words of encouragement or assurance have been offered from anyone in a leadership position. It is very disappointing that our SVPs and CEO are tone deaf when it comes to social issues. Every February we have a half hearted effort to appease black workers by “celebrating “ black history month by catering from a local black owned restaurant and giving away prizes(Tyler Perry movies). Not one word has even been written on the company internal website, the only thing on the website is how we are giving expired food to a food bank to help with Covid. This company is very disappointing.

    Pay was ok, the initial location in Sandy Springs was great

    Cons

    Work life balane was terrible, too many people that like to talk about you behind your back, no help during crucial times, CFO led to many of the problems with getting a timely close done.

    8hrs to 10hrs shift, rotating and helping in different areas,

    Cons

    Sometimes you don't rotate meaning you'll have to stay in the same spot.
