    New HQ create a whole new work environment: much more stimulating and greater teamwork.
    It feels like being part of a start up

    Decent salaries and benefits

    Very unstable work schedule, weekends are mandatory, low work life balance.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time on improving hourly employee relations. Morale is extremely low.

    Pros

    Very good people....that’s about it.

    Cons

    No real opportunities to really learn the business of manufacturing and supply chain being that most of the leaders are incompetent.

    Nothing gets accomplished. We have meetings about meetings.

    There are directors within the same department who can’t get along. Sets bad examples for their direct reports.

    Losing customers everyday.

    Low employee morale at Atl facilities. Director for both facilities is old and forgetful and loves to place blame instead of finding solutions

    Company doesn’t want to spend capital for better equipment at manufacturing facilities. Instead leaves it up to the maintenance department to put band aids on 100 year old equipment.

    High turnaround rate.

    Company doesn’t care about employees.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the people who are actually on the manufacturing floor. These are the people who know the processes in and out.

    Implement new processes starting from the bottom up instead of from the top down.

    Pros

    Absolutely none. The only one I can think of is that they pay you.

    Cons

    Poor management from the top down. No structure and good direction. Everyone there are constantly watching there back for the knife. HR department is short staff and poorly led. Top and middle management are taken from places were they have failed in other positions.

    Advice to Management

    Shut the doors. Create a sustainable plan that is achievable and execute. Weed out the authoritarian dictatorship and hire personable managers.

    Customers and weekends off rocks

    Cons

    Favoritism, over worked, management doesn't listen to anything you say. Very very over worked yes I said it again. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK HERE there is no structure

    Advice to Management

    You should be management and speak with us drivers and warehouse workers and listen to what's going on and not just worry about numbers to making your bonuses
