    New HQ create a whole new work environment: much more stimulating and greater teamwork.
    It feels like being part of a start up

    Still trying to think of one

    Cons

    Employees not valued, too much micro management by having employees track every keyboard stroke, alot of busy work required without value or results. Process changes oftentimes cause bigger issues . Bureaucracy has caused progress to be slow and painful.

    None. You don't listen anyway!

    Hard working dedicated tenured employees throughout the company. Very good quality of products.

    Cons

    Always restructuring. Stress level very high. Low Industy knowledge at most senior levels.

    Advice to Management

    Straying too far from what made the company most successful. Leaning on too few.

    Pros

    The people and products at CSM are the best part. Co-workers are really genuine and passionate about the work they're doing. The products are also really good...when we can keep the bills paid and keep customers.

    Cons

    Leadership and management. The way they handled the lay-offs this year was absolutely eye opening and shocking. The entire building is glass offices and employees were called into offices FIRST THING in the morning on a MONDAY so that everyone could see what was going on. It was heartbreaking and not something that should have been visible to the entire HQ as it was happening. This is no way to treat employees - some that had been with the company 20+ years.

    Leadership didn't want to listen in 2015 and went ahead with implementation of SAP and now that they've lost millions, the only way to get that back is to cut off as many employees as they can. It's disgusting and leadership should be ashamed of themselves. Unless this is your only option, please do NOT consider CSM as an employer...you won't make it there long without wanting to leave.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees for once.

    Pros

    Every time I was given responsibility, I responded with achievements. I wasn't able to move any hire in the organization unless someone were to quit.

    Cons

    Extensive travel, working with capital budgets for Multiple facilities. 5 management changes.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your talent.

    not many pros , holidays and beneifits have been cut since these folks took over

    Cons

    not enough employees to keep the plant running. many many hours not enough time for home life!

    Advice to Management

    quit low balling the people applying for a job. get enough help to make work bearable. listen to the people , understand the hurdles we face daily
