    Customers and weekends off rocks

    Cons

    Favoritism, over worked, management doesn't listen to anything you say. Very very over worked yes I said it again. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE WORK HERE there is no structure

    Advice to Management

    You should be management and speak with us drivers and warehouse workers and listen to what's going on and not just worry about numbers to making your bonuses

    I worked at CSM Bakery Solutions full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    A few remaining people in R&D that know what they’re doing but are stuck because ty have young kids in Atlanta schools

    Cons

    There have been three massive lay-offs since April 2017. Executives retain their admins, but there is no money for qualified and needed support staff to run projects properly. Employees of 20-30 years dismissed with disrespect and zero recognition for their sizable contributions. Total ineptitude shown by laying off valuable employees only to beg for them to return a few months later. Customers only doing business with CSM because they can’t find other bakeries with the capacity to make them...yet. More lay-offs and manufacturing facilities to be sold in 2018.

    Advice to Management

    Move back to Europe.

    None ; there is just no pros and do not be fooled by management faking glass door reviews to prop up its score

    Unethical business practices and corporate greed at a level never seen before

    Advice to Management

    CSM is a company with no Purpose, no Leadership and no Integrity (with both its employees and customers). Unfortunately, upper management is HORRIBLE and they should ALL resign!
    The company is run by an incompetent CEO and her inexperienced, backwards thinking, unethical executive team. The CEO should stop posting articles as to how good of a leader she is when the company continues on a freefall under her mandate. You can’t fix stupid!
    If you like working in a toxic environment, for a very unstable company (it’s been a revolving door for more than a year) and for people fending for themselves….this is the place for you. At CSM they don't value their employees. If you want to grow in a healthy work environment where you're actually valued and cared for and your career growth matters to you, don't work here. It is TERRIBLE!!

    Still trying to think of one

    Cons

    Employees not valued, too much micro management by having employees track every keyboard stroke, alot of busy work required without value or results. Process changes oftentimes cause bigger issues . Bureaucracy has caused progress to be slow and painful.

    None. You don't listen anyway!
