    New HQ create a whole new work environment: much more stimulating and greater teamwork.
    It feels like being part of a start up

    Salary and a few great people that is left.

    Cons

    Poor leadership starting from the top. Leaders with titles and no experience (Finance). Treat employees poorly. Financially unstable, again financially unstable. Losing customers daily.

    Advice to Management

    Rhône need to hire a new Leadership team now.

    Cons

    lack of support and communication between management, makes tasks hard to complete. Employee culture needs improvement, very few dont follow the changes being made to improve

    Hire better management

    train employees well

    maintain improvements, dont make all dastric changes the day before audit or corporate is coming to visit

    Pros

    Decent cost for benefits, more good colleagues than not, this company is survived through its loyal blue-collar workers, other than that people are waiting for the ideal opportunity to run away.

    Cons

    An overpopulation of people who hold management titles but do not care about managing the company or its employees for success.

    A work much much harder, not smarter environment across the board. This is due to "managers" (insert dramatic air quotes here) not caring about process improvement or ANY type of improvement for that matter. Why would they? They are not held to any type of standard by their manager, and the next level manager is not held to any standard by a person of "leadership", and the leaders are lost - focused on who knows. Maybe bad financial cred, bad street cred, throwing darts at an employee list to see who gets laid off next (still going on btw).

    What good is a required annual performance management process if it yields absolutely no results? Meaning - under performing managers are not counseled, required to train, or removed and replaced with better. Under performance is not even IDENTIFIED through their (hence) PERFORMANCE management process. Managers here have figured out that they can make up mediocre goals and objectives just to show participation, and they do not have to actually prove to anyone that they improved the business in any way year after year.

    Ergo, employees suffer the most at this company because there is a MAJOR deficiency in people who actual possess leadership qualities and skills.

    Apply here if you want to be scared of layoffs at all job levels, if you do not care about personal career growth, if you like doing your manager's job while they do nothing, if you like receiving little to no pay increase or recognition yearly, if you like a hostile fire fighting daily environment, and the list goes ON and ON. This comment box is not big enough.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Glassdoor: Please require that a company prove that they HAVE managers before giving them this space for feedback.

    Spend more time on improving hourly employee relations. Morale is extremely low.
