    Everything including unprofessional bahaviour and lack of organisational foundation

    Don't pretend the business is in great shape and tell people before offering them the job at your company.

    Pros

    Many different Business Units therefore alot of opportunities internally

    Cons

    Alot of dis functional departments and many long timers that have lost the love for what they do.

    Understand the core of the problem by getting to the front line.

    Pros

    Standard hours. Share acquisition option. Fair management and opportunities. The company is willing to pay for external studies if it is appropriate.

    Cons

    Slow to adopt emerging technologies. Internal progress can be slow and based on longevity and friendships within the business rather than suitability for role.

    Advice to Management

    More transparency and a less hierarchical structure will help with progress and keeping up with competitors. Some decisions can take months, which puts you behind.

    A nice and safe working environment with friendly staff and workers that are willing to help you and achieve your goal.

    Cons

    Some leading hands are sometimes harsh, aggressive and don't have teaching skills to new employees. some form of racism do exist topple with bullying and plotting the downfall of each other on site.

    Advice to Management

    The management should view the cameras once every month to monitor the activities of workers on site. Most long time employee sometimes take advantage over new employee be it casual or permanent. And management should carry on one on one interaction with employees to to the what's going on at the work place.

    high tecnical skills, interesting and advanced projects, state of the art solutions for advanced communication systems, free time for work based on targets

    Cons

    limited carreer development for people that have just started on the job, not investing too much on training and people

    Advice to Management

    listen other people advices, no long term vision for young people working on the company is not very motivating and encouraging
