Pretty stable workplace with big customers. International. Some degree of technology challenge and lets you to learn new things.

    Cons

Very complicated procedures and really old codebase that needs constant maintenance. The job does not necessarily means creativity. Management does not know other ways, like their isolated from modern development practices, etc. Always no time for radical improvement. Always patching over patching and again.

Absolutely no advise. They already heard everything. :-)
