    I worked at CSRA full-time

    Pros

Resourceful and great company culture. Lots of room for growth.

    Cons

When departing company, HR falls short of supplying all information needed to seamlessly separate the company. It took way to long to reach someone to get questions answered.

    Advice to Management

Once a person decides to leave, don’t disregard them as if they were never there, especially when they have not fully departed.

I worked at CSRA full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Different long term consulting opportunities in federal government.

    Cons

No opportunities to grow, as most of the consultants are away from corporate office.

    Advice to Management

Try to develop and encourage tiger teams within organization with scope to get exposure to latest trends in technology.

I worked at CSRA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Direct manager was amazing
    Friendly people
    Good work atmosphere

    Cons

    Laid off out of nowhere
When second position was secured, they rescinded their offer letter at the last minute for ridiculous reasons.

    Advice to Management

Have some backbone when dealing with the DOD.

    Pros

Friendly people. Nice location in Huntsville.

    Cons

Company was going through several acquisitions and growth. Merit increases were skipped during an evaluation period.

    I worked at CSRA full-time

    Pros

Pay is pretty decent coming right out of college, laid back and casual work environment, educational assistance and 401K matching is a plus

    Cons

Very small amount of opportunities for entry level or recent college graduates to gain any experience when contracts require 3+ years of experience. Hard to find work and keep busy when not on a project. No mentorship, training, or guidance for entry level employees, left to fend on your own for the most part

I worked at CSRA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Was a stable contract with great people.

    Cons

Upper Management was largely non existent and people who placed into lower level management already had too much on their plate to effectively manage and do the job.

There were almost no raises ever given in the time I worked there.

Salary offerings for new hires is far below what other companies in the area pay for the same skill so there was a constant attrition of talent.

There is no investment by the company in its employees your just a body in the seat making them money.

    Advice to Management

CSRA/GDIT lost the ITSS contract, I suggest they in the future pay fair/ wages and get their upper management more involved with what is going on at the customer level .

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Nothing to say. I have only curses and bad words for them

    Cons

I am a former Permanent employee and was laid off in 4 months after I finished their 2 years work in just 3 months. I have no idea what they charged the end client for my services but work was 10times larger than I was paid . Recruiters are rude and having multimillionaire attitude. They think they own the company.Benefits are big Joke. No holidays and no vacations. They have Very unprofessional clients. They will give you very different work then what your resume says. You will feel like you are out of your career after you are laid off. iBM paid me survivor paycheck plus 2 weeks paycheck when I was terminated but CSRA did not care about anything like that. I would say WATCH before even applying for this company they are professional british racist bastards.
