I have been working at CSTV Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Consistent work even though it is technically a freelance operation. Car service home in late nights. good place to learn the basics of production.

    Cons

If you like getting underpaid and overworked this is the place for you. They said you are eligible for overtime but then have to take off hours from the time sheet for meal hours you rarely actually take wiping out any overtime you might get.

    Advice to Management

    What management?

    Pros

Great Internship program. The company invested a lot of resources in teaching interns about all aspects of the industry. They made networking within the company easy.

    Cons

In my eyes, there were no cons to this internship experience.

I have been working at CSTV Networks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cool place to work if you're interested in sports/television. Casual work environment, most of the people are a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

Work odd hours, nights and weekends. Compensation is not great and full time production employees are considered "permalance". Pretty much a full time employee with none of the perks.

    Advice to Management

Run a more organized operation. Minimal communication between departments, most of the time you feel like you're just winging it on your own.

    Pros

The Job I have is not very hard it just requires a considerable amount of focus, as does any job. Co-Workers are nice.

    Cons

They pay isn't that great as a coordinator, very little interaction with others. This is a sit at your desk in front of your screen all day position. Not very exciting at all.

Employees are friendly/helpful and willing to exchange contact information for network purposes. Work is plentiful during the college football season.
    Pay is HIGHLY competitive.

    Cons

Employment assignments are not guaranteed and could end at any moment during the year for contract employees/interns.
