Pay is decent, even though contract literally got shoved down our throats....some mgmt is great, some is stuck in the old ways (enjoy firing people...but that's what job insurance is for)

Conductors work a 6&1 schedule on extra board, supposedly going to 6 &2 eventually...senority in some areas takes forever to acquire. And all of the class 1s are trying to do away with the conductor positions

None. These people treat you like they own you. Everyday they will attempt to fire you.
Cons
Don’t ruin your life by working for these people. No off days. You have to have FMLA to visit a doctor. Extremely high divorce rate. No holidays. Forget your friends & weekends. DO NOT WORK FOR this hell hole.
