Coalition Technologies is an incredible company to work for! They employ globally and allow employees to work 100% remotely, with flexible work schedule opportunities for hard-working employees. They have wonderful incentives, benefits and reward programs for their team, including global team members. They offer world-class training opportunities in digital marketing, design, SEO, and much more. They continually set new standards in cutting-edge website design and development, digital marketing and online advertising, with an impressive list of highly successful case studies to back their work. industry. Coalition acknowledges good work and provides regular feedback to help you grow. Team members here are all highly skilled, helpful, reliable, and hard-working. Everyone is treated equally and with respect. There is a wonderful Team culture, regardless of where you are based or where you come from. There are multiple career development opportunities here as well, which makes it a great long-term company. It is certainly the best digital agency I have worked for!
Cons
Depending on where you are based in the world, you may need to work US Pacific Time hours, but if you perform well, Coalition is willing to offer flexible work schedules to accommodate their global team, which is great! I am in South Africa and they accommodated my schedule which I am grateful for.

Pros
I've been a freelance writer at Coalition Technologies for about two years now. I really enjoy the work and everyone I interact with is very nice and great to work with. I would recommend this job to anyone looking for remote freelance work.
Cons
I can't say that I have any. I've never been into the office since I work remotely, but from my experience everything has been great.
