Organized, great training, good work/life balance for CRAs with the number of protocols and days on site.

The people, the culture (work hard- play hard, employee acknowledgement/appreciation, company happy hours/events etc.) Flexibility in schedules, Hybrid WFH opportunities, Executive/Senior Leadership evolvement in day to day operations (CEO interviews every candidate globally 1-on-1, Executives roam the floors and hang out with the staff, and are hands on with all clients and trial operations).

Honestly, nothing! Only thing I could say is more opportunities for 100% WFH opportunities instead of a hybrid WFH schedule.
