Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You are able to work from home if necessary. The telecommunications the company offers to their clients is useful.
Receiving bonuses even when the goals are met, have never happened for plenty of employers because this is a small family own business. There is no training of direction, you make up a plan as you go.

There really aren't any pros to this company. They need a lot of work when it comes to operating a business.
This is 2014 and you don't offer direct deposit. Which is a red flag and mostly means they don't work any working cash capital.
Advice to Management
Do more research when entering the contract arena. Get direct ASAP as a simple benefit to your employees. When recruiting it should be mandatory that you have a job description to offer to the candidate. I know ultimately you don't care as long as you are submitting your invoices to the client and getting paid it's not an issue to you. Things to consider if you expect to increase your number of employees.

Having the ability to wavies benefits to have is added to your salary.
Short term contracts, and not enough effort in finding addition contacts to be placed on.
Advice to Management
Try to increase contract terms and not look like a temp agency.

I have been working at CTI Global Solutions as a contractor (More than 3 years)
land a full time job working with various federal government agencies, get experience get a foot in the door other getting to network with people already working at the clients location
i would say some of the cons would be your working on a contract, a contract is at will, other than that they contractor does all the hard work to bypass interviewing and waiting for a job

I can't say that I could think of any pros. I work in the Largo office for Corporate and it was a mess. It was unorganized and the CEO made things up as she went along
Everything. Working int eh Corporate office- we worked for little to nothing, but worked weekends and longs hours. CEO expected a lot, but wasn't willing to pay for it. Well, she couldn't.
