I have been working at CTS (Communication Technology Services) full-time

    Pros

We are a leader in DAS Engineering & Installation - there isn't anyone out there that's better than us and what we do. We.Are.The.Best.

    Fabulous people.
    Great team atmosphere.
    Involved, dedicated management teams.

    Cons

When you're a customer driven business sometimes things can get a little crazy - have to meet those deadlines, not matter how unrealistic. So sometimes it can get a little tough when it gets busy.

Folks who are self-directed and take responsibility for what needs to get done do really well here. Folks that require a lot of supervision and / or management, not so much...

Did I mention that we get really, really busy?

    Advice to Management

The change in management in 2016 has been incredible - great stuff!
Continue to solicit employee feedback and foster this incredible team environment.

    Pros

Most of the field technicians are great guys to work with.

    Cons

You will be overworked and underpaid. No training provided, everything must be figured out on the job.

    Pros

Company supports and offers training and advancement to all levels of employees. Support starts that the top and is a core element of the company... a true family atmosphere. Advancement and versatility in career path always available. Company growth is prominent; work is constant and consistent.

    Cons

With growth comes longer hours. Company is working towards hiring supervisors and promoting from within, however there can be long hours.

    Advice to Management

Company needs to foresee labor / management needs to manage the growth in a more balanced model.

    Pros

Job was fast paced, we functioned as a work group, solving problems, getting things done.

    Cons

Management only came out when there were problems. You could have gone the extra mile in doing your job but no one above you would know about it.

I have been working at CTS (Communication Technology Services) full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Technicians were all great guys to work with. Everyone looked out for each other. It was a very personable place to work for

    Cons

Some times you work 40-60 hours a week, other weeks you're given 10-20. Work was never too consistent which was annoying. You would also have days where you could leave your house at a normal time of 6-7 am and other days where you had to leave your house at 3-4 am (never was brought up in an interview process.
