Toxic Culture. Don't believe HR Recruiter on Overhauling Culture.

      Pros

The organization is extremely fast paced and you are able to get a great amount done. The people are great but it is tough when desperate people conduct business in desperate ways. It very much feels like survival in this organization and it is dog-eat-dog here. There is such a low level of gratitude for going above and beyond. They keep firing people so the upside is one can work in a variety of projects outside of the job description which allows for a ton of learning. Keep in mind that others are learning too and there should be a level of acceptable rates of stumbles.

      Cons

As everyone is learning as they go, there are many missteps that take the organization in the wrong direction. The inept employees look at others to blame but don't see that we are severely understaffed, causing politics and blame games to take hold and it makes great people leave the company. With such high turn-over and HR's insistence on out-of-the-blue firings, it is stressful to come into work not knowing if you will get fired from one day to the next. Moral is extremely low here, I wish it wasn't. Micromanagement is the status quo for the organization. HR preaches fun and then fires people within a few hours of that comment. People work from their laptops but are still held accountable for not being onsite.

      Cons

Everything else. No desire to say more, stay away from this company if you have any other choices. Like all the rest of the reviews here said- it is a career killer. Don't gamble with your future here.
