    Pros

Pros: Good company to work with for freshers. But not much for experienced people. Minimal career growth possible in this company.

    Cons

Time will be wasted. Career growth not possible at all. Go and Look for other company. Lot of companies available.

    Advice to Management

What is there to tell these guys? Incompetent, fit for nothing guys. Need to learn managment basics. What the heck they think?
