I've really enjoyed here so far. The schedule is extremely flexible, the people are extremely friendly, and I can honestly say it's one of the first jobs I've had where I actually enjoy coming into work everyday. All in all so far I've had a great experience, keep it up!
Cons
None really. The whole experience has been really great and I am really excited for the opportunity to be working here.
Exposed to GE Aviation Environment, and able to network for future opportunities. People are friendly, and the schedule is somewhat flexible. Decent benefits including 2 weeks vacation every 6 months, and 2 paid personal days a year. Also paid holidays.
Cons
Insurance offered isn't the best, but it is okay. Doesn't appear to be much room to move up within CTTS itself.
