    Pros

Laid back company culture very easy access to upper management

    Cons

Lack of structure and guidance leads to very high turnover at all levels.

    Advice to Management

Your current employees are your highest asset. Develop your bench strength(current employees) to reduce high turnover.

I have been working at CURO Financial Technologies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great shifts to work. Great bonuses. Great working environment. Great Supervisors to work with. There is always unlimited amounts of overtime with CURO Financial Technologies. This is the number one call center to work for in Wichita Kansas and everyone who works here has great tenure-ship, the average employee has been with the company for at least 3 or more years of service with the company.

    Cons

Have not found any with this company. I have almost work for CURO Financial Technologies for a entire year now and can't say nor nave any Cons about the company.

    Advice to Management

Have more opportunities for someone to advance into a Supervisor and Management role.

    Pros

I've made some friends here. Company will likely be around for some time.

    Cons

It's becoming a toxic environment. Little to no room for advancement, or managers know who they're going to promote regardless of qualifications. Poor raises. Upper management wants everyone to watch expenses while going out to expensive dinners. Managers put in policies or changes that don't help productivity, but the policies and changes don't affect them. Many people are burning out and management doesn't seem to care.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and realize you minor managers and directors aren't in charge of everyone. Engage others before creating policy changes that make no business sense. Worry more about being productive as opposed to "looking pretty".

The company's management value performance, results and innovation.

    Cons

Constant change due to regulatory environment and business focus can cause a lot of chaos, but if you enjoy new challenges it can be fun.

    Pros

Everyone is like family and I enjoy working with many people there.

    Cons

Only 5 sick days and no paid holidays high turnover

    Advice to Management

Please review company benefits to insure that hourly employees are really considered

I have been working at CURO Financial Technologies full-time

    Pros

Working at Curo has given me multiple opportunities to develop and expand my skills and experience.

    Cons

Communication from management sometimes lacks, and concerns from employees are often brushed aside. The company used to be focused on maintaining work/life/family balance for its employees, but that seems to be less of a priority under new leadership.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees, they work harder when they feel valued. And appreciation needs to extend past lunches and happy hours, those are starting to feel less genuine and more like an easy out.
