    Pros

The best part of the company was that everyone that worked there was very open and approachable. The culture of the company is very fun and the events they have for employees are great. They also provide a lot of opportunity to grow within the company.

    Cons

I have been working at CUSO Financial Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have been an employee of CUSO Financial Services for a few months now, and I can't rave enough about the innovative and passionate leadership, and the incredible culture. CUSO has a warm and friendly family feel to it. We work hard, yet we have fun too! It’s like working for a fun software company, but in the Financial Services industry! The support and training is hands-down some of the best that I've had/seen throughout my career! No one is just a number here. The employees are genuinely appreciated, and recognized for their efforts and accomplishments. I could go on and on…

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

    Nice owners. Friendly environment.

    Cons

Too much work and expectations for not enough pay. The workload is killing. I barely had time for a break let alone for lunch. My former manager displayed favoritism towards employees in her department. They promise they value family life and understand the difficulty of balancing out personal life and your work but it is just a BS. If I had the option of giving zero to work/life balance I would. My manager would pretend she cares but it was obvious she was just pretending and no sincerity.Too many employee turnovers, never seen it in any other companies.

    Advice to Management

Be more understanding of your employees personal life and give them a chance to show how much valuable they can be. Value your employees more and increase their pay so you won't have so many turnovers.

I worked at CUSO Financial Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

none. bad benefits and compensation plan

    Cons

You're at the mercy of a sociopath that doesn't know how to work with other people. All of the offices have people that don't know how to work with others or respect them. The individuals working here are left to make money and as long as they are doing that, they feel slave laboring and mental harassment is appropriate. I was hired to work with a senior advisor and he had to be the devil in human form. Worst company ever. I can't believe my family and I trusted their broken promises.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees to have morals and ethics. Also, make them accountable for their actions.

I worked at CUSO Financial Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They seem to have a decent relationship with a lot of credit unions in the area

    Cons

Terrible Management, degrades their employees. In 9 years of their program at my credit union, they were unable to keep good Advisors. I was the 2nd longest employee in 9 yrs at 18 months of employment. And our credit union finally fired CUSO for their inability and hired a new broker dealer too!

    Advice to Management

Hire a supportive and involved manager instead of one who consistently is negative and threatening to where no one wants to hear from them.
