I have been working at CVE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you want to be in a fast paced environment that works with the two largest personal handheld telecommunications firms in the US, this may be the place for you. Until...

    Cons

CVE claims to be an American company, but hardly any of the staff is able to speak English except for the ones that have the need. Career progression is nonexistent. Family owned business with key roles and functions occupied with them. The under-management's recommendations go unheeded. Terrible Work-Life balance.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at CVE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will meet some of the hardest working people.

    Cons

No work life balance, be prepared to work at the minimum of 60 hours a week. Bathrooms are filthy. Did not shut down and disinfect company when a worker had Tuberculosis.

    Advice to Management

Please train the employees instead of firing them when they do something wrong. It is sad to see that most managers do not speak English and cannot communicate with workers.
