I have been working at CVS Health part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The employee discounts are definitely a plus, free flu shots if you need them, and you can choose your hours. Also, at every location I've worked at, I have felt supported and cared for by my team. We really do become like a family.

    Cons

It is a fun job but sometimes the customers make it tough, usually depends on where you are working. I do wish the pay was a bit higher and that you could work full time as a cashier.

    Advice to Management

Please enforce a "no couponing after 30 minutes until close" policy. It's awful to have to stay later because of thoughtless couponers.
