    Pros

    Good co workers and managers.

    Cons

Customers who are major couponers get pissed off when I decline their EXPIRED coupons. And pay was pretty much min. wage.

    Pros

They work around student schedules well. Good benefits. Vacation after 6 months. Full time is 30 hours.

    Cons

we need another planogrammer, I don't know what the guy who makes those planogram books is thinking sometimes.

    Advice to Management

They should probably have buyers for certain areas. What sells in south FL may not sell in North FL, what sells in the city may not sell in the country...and so forth. If there is a way to tweak that, they may do a lot better.
