    Pros

the money is is only good thing about this job but they have to be competitive so they have no choice...

    Cons

the list is too long. no time for real customer service as we are now robots watching the clock...too many duties in not enough time. no support from upper management. only concerned with scores as they do not care about dollars in the bank your store makes. horrible company.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - job stability
    - high salaries with good benefits
    - loved counseling patients and interacting with customers.

    Cons

-all about the numbers and metrics
    - If you reach your goals they will always push you to do more, your best is never good enough
    - The company strive to make the most money possible so they always cut hours in order to save money whether or not you are over your script budget. (unrealistic expectations)
    - no time for break, the only breaks i get on my 13 hour days is when i use the restroom.
    - focusing on bottom line and not the customers

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your staff and thank them for all the hard work and extra time we put in. A thank you goes a long way. I think the company goals are ethical but i don't believe they are being passed down from the supervisors.

I worked at CVS Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great for new to retail applicants.

    Cons

Too many job responsibilities for one person. The front store staff is expected to run photo, registers, vendor intake, stock shelves, as well as customer service and loss prevention.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to cover shifts to better be able to give great customer service especially during the holiday season. Corporate needs to allow for more hours.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities for advancement, paid training, decent pay for an entry level position, typically fairly easy work for the most part

    Cons

I'm sure it's not like this all the time or even in most cases, but when I applied/interviewed, I was under the impression I was going to be working for Xerox, and it wasn't until the first day of training that I found otherwise. The interview process also took four hours because of how disorganized the whole thing was.

    Advice to Management

    Work on organization and transparency.

    Pros

They pay for your certification test once and provide study materials. Flexible schedule

    Cons

They don't give raises when you get certified. The pay is low. The demand is too high for the pay

    Advice to Management

    Pay workers more!

I worked at CVS Health (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My regular customers and getting to help them save money.

    Cons

Worked there for 3 years, was fired after the pharmacist asked me to do something for her and I did. Corporate is a joke!! Receiving five cent raises yearly after working overtime or off the clock to make sure customers are happy.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees if you expect your employees to care about their job and your customers.
