    Good benefits, work around school schedule

    Cons

    Overzealous about calling patients, requires certain percentage of pts to scan a discount card, understaffed pharmacy, management does not care about anything but numbers

    Listen to your employees and listen to your customers

    Cut hours in help anywhere they can management and hourly crew have to work double what they normally would and keep up the same expectations of like poor people

    Patient care. The ability to change someone’s life and be the most readily available in the healthcare field. Making the community healthier

    Cons

    Demanding hours, little reward. A lot is to be expected from the time you arrive until you leave. Time management is required.

    Make your employees feel appreciated for their sacrifices.
