-Focus resources on the biggest / most important priorities and actively ensure that the leaders running point on them are free of other distractions and that they are adequately supported with analytics horsepower.

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Stable company. People are amazing and the culture is great. Quite a bit of employees have been with the company over 20 years so that's a good sign.

    Cons

The health benefits aren't that great for such a big company. I had to switch to my spouse's insurance since it was so much cheaper for basically the same coverage.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your colleagues and help them to develop both personally and professionally. Show recognition when it is due and always keep an open door.
