    loved filling prescriptions, entering orders and providing excellent customer service to store shoppers

    lots of turnover because of college student in and out of semester training

    I have been working at CVS Health (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Immediate management good in my store. The pay is good for a retail pharmacy if you work in a high volume store.

    Cons

    Highest volume store in the area is the focus of upper management obviously because of our sales. Constant mounting pressure to improve scores which are measured by an unreliable system. The Rx connect system itself is full of bugs that make it difficult to do the job required. Scheduling system is a nightmare although you are forced to use it and maintain a high level of optimization. It's a corporation and they are focused on making money even if patients are not given the time and attention they deserve.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on fixing Rx connect issues so that your employees can actually serve customers effectively. Script sync doesn't work and readyfill has a lot of issues. Give stores more hours so that customers aren't always waiting on a staff that is stressed and burned out because each tech is doing the work of 3 people.

    my flexible hours is good and part time is better 20 or if the offers is full time few months later. because i want to make sure to learn working and life balance
