    Positive Outlook

I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers, good customers, down to earth management and small town feel.

    Cons

Not enough hours allotted to complete needed tasks.

    Advice to Management

Your hurting the business with the cutback in hours.

  2. "Good values, not so good management"

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at CVS Health part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Depending on the Manager, you might get muffins from time to time.
You might be lucky to have great co-workers.

    Cons

Most clerks know more about how to run the store than Managers.
Working 8+ hours standing up at the cashier.
Getting scolded if you are not at the designated cash register at all times with a big smile on your face (even if the store is empty).
    Not open to new ideas.

    Advice to Management

Take some time to learn all aspects of the job, not just office work.
