    I have been working at CVS Health full-time (More than 5 years)


    I love the customers I am able to help in the pharmacy as well as the employees at the store level.


    CVS does not care about their employees. Raises come once a year and you are lucky enough to get a $.10 raise. Employee turnover rate is extremely high due to them not taking care of the employees. Expectations are outrageously high, yet there is barely enough hours allocated in the pharmacy to have decent coverage throughout the day. It leaves you constantly stressed and nothing is ever done to fix it. The employees at the store level are usually the only thing getting you through each day.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees -- actually think about them instead of caring about numbers all of the time. Once employees are happy to come to work everyday because management and corporate cares about them, CVS will see huge changes in sales, revenue and customer service.
