      Poor management There are no opportunities for advancement Benefits are expensive Less than half the PTO of most other companies in the industry

      Pros

      Pay is Good. Most jobs are boring and have no meaning. This job is actually fun and we get to meet so many different types of people. I have not seen any issues at any level of the work spectrum.

      Cons

      Fixed Salary. Do not see bonuses or pay raises. Most companies do a Christmas bonus! No that a boys for the hard work. Not that people work hard to receive them but they are nice
