    Pros

This company is desperate to hire anyone, so you can negotiate for a higher salary. Lots of vacation days.

    Cons

It seems unbelievable that this company has so many bad reviews but all of them are true. During my time in this company, I never felt so stressed out and unappreciated than I did here. The main issue that anyone who is a manager or above does not have a clue of the effort and time needed to get work done. If you work here you will deal with manager's incompetency and poor decision, often times being stuck doing very tedious work for long hours. Lastly, HR does nothing to improve employee morale.

    Advice to Management

Employee morale is low. Get every non-manager employee in a room and ask them what needs to change. Once these changes are listed truly commit to execution.

I worked at Cable & Wireless Communications full-time

    Pros

    salaries are higher than average

    Cons

Its a British company that relocated to Miami 1 year ago. Brits are extremely rude and treat locals like indians, starting with top management. This is perhaps the worst of all the problems the company has which also translates into a poor commercial and financial performance.

One person does work of 5, functions are not defined, chaos and disorganization, overlapping is the constant. Turn over is very high, even HR team leaves regularly as they can not stand the culture and overworking.

You are expected to work brutal timelines, 90-100 hours per week. personal life if absolutely irrelevant to management, weekends, nights, doesn't matter.... you have to deliver regardless.

DO NOT ACCEPT A POSITION IN FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING ! you will regret it.

    Advice to Management

sell the company again, get your exit packages and laugh all the way to bank.
