    Pros

Compensation is ok but you are expected to work 12 hours per day and be available 24/7/365. You will be disrespected and overworked.

    Cons

This was by far the worst experience ever. Do not work for the Finance or Human Resources department. There are problems with discrimination against American workers from the British expatriates. These people lie, cheat and will make your life miserable. There are no systems, no procedures and an attitude that anything goes.

I have been working at Cable & Wireless Communications full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good Benefits, health and 401K and most employees start with 3 weeks of vacation. Flexibility to work from home when needed. Beautiful modern office building.

    Cons

Unfortunately we've been in a state of merger and being acquired for the last 2 years and nothing is stable. Work load has tripled and there is no end in sight. Sr. Management has checked out and leaves employees to flounder, there is no direction.

There is no desire to hire people to compensate for the increased work load. Essentially working the existing staff to the bone until they are forced to either quit or due to the high stress level create a serious error and get fired.

There is no HR team that employees can air their grievances to, HR is pretty non-existent.

Too many VPs, SVP, and executives who are highly over compensated and not enough worker bees to get things done. This is not sustainable.

I worked at Cable & Wireless Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some good employees. There were people willing to learn and try to help customers.

    Cons

They didn't like to pay people. Wages are very low except for the executives and ex-pats. Locals are paid poorly.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone the same. Ex-pats should not be paid more for the same work.

    Pros

You get the opportunity to learn how to cope with back-stabbers, liars and some of the worse human beings to walk this earth and to work in a horrible corporate culture.

    Cons

The Miami office is filled with back-stabbers, liars and some of the worse human beings to walk this earth. Horrible corporate culture and no work-life-balance.

    Advice to Management

Nothing else I can say that I haven't communicated in person. I do however have some advice to board members and shareholders - you have too many generals who don't know what they are doing and not enough soldiers to get the job done.

    Pros

There is a lot of work and you will have a job for a while. A lot of personal are friendly and like it work in a friendly environment.

    Cons

You will have a lot of work with multiple project at the same time. Also when working on all these you will get high priority additional work not expected.

    Advice to Management

Need more quality personal to fill the gaps and help with the work load.

    Pros

    Multi-cultural company and very diverse

    Cons

Terrible management team, rude culture, terrible corporate politics, terrible pay. Definitely do not recommend anyone to work for this company

    Advice to Management

This company is known throughout each of their location to have a terrible culture of customer service, poor management team in each department, disgusting politics, and a unorganized HR team that will never resemble what an "HR team is suppose to resemble, sadly... One will be pushed around and worked out as if you weren't human, and the faces are always changing which means the company is always hiring and terminating people. They have a habit of hiring criminals and firing hard working individuals. Another con to this is that they will hardly train you, expecting to know "everything" literally. Because of the terrible treatment of management towards their employees, people are also leaving the company, HR fully aware of these treatments they never help out! So if you have high goals in life, and have outstanding experience, do not work for that company it is horrendous and abusive
