    Employee based company. Decent package with substantial career growth.

    Cons

    Except Managers and few Customer related teams, rest of the employees have to be in weekly rotational shifts.

    Pros

    I have the passion and communication skills for this job. I enjoy to dig much into customer service and I love the work I do

    Cons

    I use to have a problem in public speaking back in senior high school and I took the challenge to face my weakness by reading my project in front of the whole school even though i was shaking and I did well that makes me over my weakness and I can now stand bold in public to communicate well

    Advice to Management

    They should motivate and encourage their employees under them to work hard and enjoy the work they are doing. And also be submissive to them

    Can do attitude amongst employees - good collaboration across teams - great British history, flexible approach to building solutions for customers in the enterprise space

    Cons

    Too many processes and procedures were broken - hence it took time to make things happen - too many legacy systems were in place so that even simple things were made complex.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on making the talent feel empowered by providing a working environment that allowed them to get on with the job at had without distractions.
