I have been working at Cactus Communications full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Approachable supervisors, flexible timing, work from home option, people have the decency to not scream at or abuse juniors, as opposed to typical Indian companies

    Cons

ZERO work life balance! I mean it!

    Advice to Management

Attrition rate is ridiculous. Pay better to get and retain people. No, expecting one person to do the work of three is not the solution

I have been working at Cactus Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This is one of the best places I have ever worked. While the work is taxing in terms of both hours and intensity, you could consider this the best 'training ground.' I wish I had joined Cactus as a fresher; the work ethic it inculcates in you is the most valuable takeaway any first-time employee could have. Cactus's HR initiatives are another fabulous aspect of working here. The HR team goes well beyond expectations...

    Cons

Striking a good work-life balance can be tough. Owing to the nature of the work, especially within the editorial teams, there are times when at least some employees are required to work on holidays; so Dusshera, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year's Eve, when everyone else is relaxing, might be exactly when you will need to work.

I worked at Cactus Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The opportunity for growth, ability to work in great teams and with great people, in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

    Cons

Work-life balance was not always great, but that's partly my responsibility; give 110% for my team.

    Advice to Management

You're doing a great job. Keep it up.

I worked at Cactus Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Flexible work environment, good leave options, quick growth if dedication and performance shown, pay is good and always on time.

    Cons

Cost cutting taken to extreme, several leaders are not mature, company's decisions seem questionable, changes not thought through and seem hap hazard.
