    Good Learning ground for freshers or juniors. loads of opportunities to learn

    1. lack of employee friendly policies
    2. no fare appraisal system
    3. salaries are not decided on the basis of experience and expertise.
    4. no value system.
    5. in total not a great company to work.

    Please get in some strong people in the board and spend some money on improving the company. open up your hands and spend money.
