I have been working at Cadista Pharmaceuticals full-time

    Pros

Decent salary for the location and as compared to firms of similar status.

    Cons

Dull location, slow growth, no challenges, boring work environment

    Advice to Management

Please hire experienced people. Work on developing new products. You will not be able to sustain and grow with the existing (been the same since years) small product base.

I worked at Cadista Pharmaceuticals full-time

    Pros

None to list...with the current management.

    Cons

In 2015 - 2016, there was a major overhaul of Senior / Upper Management. The New Management are out of touch with reality; they believe that hollering and demeaning employees will result in a happy and productive workforce.

If you [job seeker] are there for an interview, you will see looks of helplessness, fear, frustration, anger, desperation [to leave], etc, evident on the faces of most employees both new and old. Employee morale is at an all time LOW, and the company is plummeting...

PDTS department is most toxic due to mistreatment, discrimination, unprofessionalism, etc. Stay away, and heed this warning.

    Advice to Management

To the Owners: the Status Quo is detrimental to your bottom line; something needs to change.

I worked at Cadista Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Their is nothing much good of this company.

    Cons

They hire a lot of people in the various department and later fire them, especially the PDTS department where the director is not good at all...no growth opportunities...The director doesnot want its people in the department to grow. If you perform well you will not be given much work as they dont want you to have power and responsibilities...people especially in the PDTS department have no projects and responsibility...no word of appreciation by the PDTS director for the hardwork you put in....

    Advice to Management

Give people responsibility and power....people want appreciation and growth...If you care for the employees they will care for you...
