I worked at Cadogan Tate Fine Art Storage Limited full-time

    Pros

    Sometimes you get free furniture
Seems like if you work in the office they treat you better
If you don't have an education they'll love you for it (mostly because they can pay you less)

    Cons

    Management treats everyone poorly.
    Overworked and underpaid.
    Very very high turn over.
Very cheap company, refuses to reimburse employees for train fare and pays tickets late.
They made people come in on a terrible snow day even though the city told trucking companies to stay off the roads.
It is like high school, lots of bullies. Management literally tries to start fights with employees.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees and they will take care of you. Don't deduct lunch time from overtime hours. Your healthcare is not that good.

I worked at Cadogan Tate Fine Art Storage Limited full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you manage to make it out of the warehouse and onto the road. You might get a occasional tip

    Cons

Prepare to have everyone talk about you behind your back. And be judged immediately upon hire. The longer you work here the more depressed you get. Get in and get out. Your art background means nothing here. You'll move a statue that requires with 5 guys with 2 guys. Say goodbye to your social life. If you're white. Don't plan on ever moving up in management. You'll be harassed by your supervisors and managers who have maybe only passed elementary school. Also if you have a DUI you'll fit in with the "cool crowd". The office is the definition of Highschool. Be prepared for cliques. It's the most uncomfortable and awkward place you can be dropped in. You'll have anxiety attacks almost constantly.

    Advice to Management

Everyone in management should be replaced with people who want to see their employees grow. Not scold them and harass them constantly. All the managers are power tripping and racist. They pick favorites. The company is a joke.

I have been working at Cadogan Tate Fine Art Storage Limited (More than a year)

    Pros

If you're a white male or a submissive woman, this is great place to work! Otherwise, keep it moving.

    Cons

The "HR" personnel is cut from the same cloth as the bigots how run that company. Most sexual harassment cases are ignored and the women are often ask to leave. African American employees are often fired or quit due to unbearable micro-aggressive behavior.

    Classism
    Racism
    Homophobia
    Sexism
    Islamophobia

    (The list goes on...)

This place is horrible and frankly should no longer be operating in the United States.

If there's a lawyer looking into employment violation cases, this is your place!

    Advice to Management

You represent EVERYTHING that is wrong with this country.

I don't really think there are. I didn't take away any skills with this job.

    Cons

Owner who would scream yell and have tantrums throwing chairs around, women in the office who were very cliquey.

    Advice to Management

If you won't your employee to understand International Shipping try training them properly and focus less on staff parties and your newest pair of shoes.
