Pros
The good thing about working for this company is that you get to learn a lot and gain a lot of experience but only by practice. That is to say that it's not common to find development opportunities at the company, but rather you're actually immersed in different situations with no directions and forced to act and make decisions that you might be blamed for later.
Cons
Management is not transparent. They force you to work for long hours and guilt you when you leave on time. There is no clear system by which things work, nor clear rules, just situations that are liable to the current opinion or even the current mood of management. There is no real hierarchy it's just a family business with a lot of nepotism and you really can't get anywhere in all of this. If you have a problem it's usually addressed in a completely unprofessional manner. There is yelling, sarcasm, even bullying, and a very unhealthy work culture that is built on favoritism and lack of meritocracy. Bottom line, to make it there, your goal should be to please management or the managing director by whatever means. Hard work is not rewarded nor even good communication with colleagues and getting things done.

Working there was the biggest mistake of my entire life. Took a toll on my health. Someone there had cancer and they used to treat her like crap and wouldn't even remove her from social insurance so she can go get proper treatment! They used to say she was faking it and overloaded her with work. She passed away. Management is BS and absolutely horrible horrible human beings. They keep bragging about "multinational" companies they work with. Such a joke. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not work there.

As a employee used to working there, please if u got an offer, DONT WORK THERE, the company is so messed up, so un professional, all they care about is their own benefit, your benefits as an employee are not on the map by any means.. its normal to go to a meeting and hear “the big boss” mocking and belittling his employees… its normal for them to keep hiding realities.. all the brag about -and hear me well- is their international companies they work with..i ask you if you read this, to go through all the other “positive” reviews, and you’ll find all of them tackling the same area..multinational companies.. I don’t think this company is adding me nothing..multinational companies. They claim their power is in their diversity, and all i see is they keep removing your identity wanting you to blend in and have no character, you simply cant say no to anything Its a company of hypocrites, shallow characters and mindsets, as if the manager is the god and they all just worship him in a silly puppets show!
