    Pros

    you get to meet lots of different types of people from all around. Of course, you also make alot of friends & get to know alot about them.

    Cons

    sometimes you dont have very many customers at all, which means you cant really make any money. Even so, the good days definitely outweigh the not so good ones.

    Pros

    Very flexible for part timers (4 shifts per month in this environment), and I still get to participate in the 401k

    Cons

    Not a lot of consistency among how managers and supervisors treat certain employees.

    Pros

    Pros include being able to meet different people from around the world/country every day, the possibility of upward mobility, having awesome coworkers that become a second family to you, and other perks like discounts on the restaurants in the casino as well as events that go on.

    Cons

    Amateur management that is very difficult to deal with. Some are even bullies that must not have learned how to interact with a team in a leadership role. Creates a hostile and unpleasant work environment. Luckily enough the perks outweigh the truly terrible con.
