    Pros

I enjoyed my co workers and working with the customers. It was a fun enviorment on occasion and the money could be good.

    Cons

The management was not run the best. Often schedules were not abided to and people were forced to work off days as well as overtime.

    Advice to Management

Work more on making the employees happy instead of offering a great work culture that does not quite exist.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I believe its thriving in this challenging gaming environment with different personalities, in an attractive atmosphere, geared towards entertaining its customers, and all on stage, no matter what time it is, can be interestingly fun !!!!

    Cons

The hiring and training process is difficult at times and the intense challenge requires additional attention in a short span of time to reach the jobs expectation. Good instincts with high interest which I strive to express better are necessary.

    Advice to Management

Staying openminded to very a passionate dedicated and interested future game dealer and consider offering the opportunity to audition confidently.
