    I meet new people everyday... this is the easiest job I ever had and upper management is absolutely awesome

    The casino is a 24/7 business... your first few years seems like you don't have a social life

    As a dealer starting wage is low, and raises only happen once a year and are not a significant amount, only 2-5%
