    Pros

Tuition reimbursement, employee development programs and other training options make it possible to develop your skills and abilities. There are also opportunities to advance your career.

    Cons

As will as large corporations, there are various levels of corporate politics to deal with. Being a gaming company the salaries are usually a little lower than average for the area.

    Pros

Good benefits. Somewhat progressive company. Results driven.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity to work within one of the top destinations in the US, especially in hotels/casino. Compensation is decent. Great chance for you to learn and grow with a large corporation. Just be aware that in certain divisions - such as Corporate - the leadership is less experienced with true leadership principles and team development.

    Cons

Management seems to be conflicted - they say one thing, but implementation is either far before coming or doesn't manifest at all.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better leadership programs for your supervisors and managers - especially in Corporate. The service-facing managers seem to develop stronger understanding of what it's like to lead. But, when it comes to Corporate areas, it seems like the managers are not super-analysts rather than being true leaders of teams.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Unlimited advancement opportunities, no degree necessary to promote. good benefits, great workplace culture and employee engagement, relocation opportunities are plentiful, free employee dining room.

    Cons

Pay is lower than major competitors. Relocation areas are not always ideal cities to live. Company currently going through bankruptcy so corners are being cut and some properties are in desperate need of renovation.
