    Cons

When you are working for a great casino and then they are bought buy Caesar's, you can expect many jobs cut and many miserable patrons.

    Advice to Management

There is nothing I can say to reverse the damage they have done over the years since 2004

I worked at Caesars Entertainment (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    they are great training casinos

    Cons

they hire and promote the wrong people for upper management, with the wrong outlook on customers, and ask too much from employees for what they pay. Also horribly understaffed for their expectations.

    Advice to Management

Resign. Hire/promote people with years of CASINO experience, not just college degrees.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed working with the patrons, meeting and seeing new faces. My Co-Worker were the best even though I was only employed with this company for only 8 months I enjoyed every minute of it.

    Cons

The downside of this company is that it did not stay opening, and having to say good-bye to all the new and old faces.

    Advice to Management

My manager was the greatest, we had some days were we all would get frustrated but all jobs do, but we maintain and compose ourselves for the public, we always tried to keep it professional, and did our job.
