I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Never a dull moment.
    Enjoyable atmosphere.
    Mostly professional employees.
Good benefits - at least they were when I was there

    Cons

Pay could be better. 50k in Las Vegas isn't enough to live on. Work/Life balance was creeping in the wrong direction with so much work to do.

    Advice to Management

Ask yourself what it will cost to replace an employee vs cost to keep them.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great property leaders and promising future now that the company is out of bankruptcy.

    Cons

Large corporate structure staffed mostly with under-qualified people making fat salaries. Especially Corporate Food which offers little to no value, absolutely no creativity/innovation and is unable to provide any type of good direction or support to properties. Let the entire dept. go and hire an inspiring VP that has experience managing more than one property.

    Advice to Management

Grow our company. Invest in our employees. Get our technology up to the level of industry leaders. Improve our product. Keep the customer experience #1. Get rid of corporate leaders that add no value.
