    Pros

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Caesars Atlantic City had a great work environment when I worked there. There were traditional casino shifts, good medical and dental benefits, and 401K employer match up to 9%.

    Cons

Too much smoke in the high action pits. The customer is always right was taken to the extreme at times, but to be fair this is typical industry wide.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay with many advancement opportunities,

    Cons

Little to no work/life balance, horrible work hours, required to work all weekends/holidays, favoritism, almost impossible to get days off approved, changing shifts very difficult (day/swing/grave). Drunk and unruly patrons. You become desensitized to the fact that some people become addicts. Some lose their money, livelihood, home, family or worse. It becomes depressing and it's all sold under the guise of fun or as it's referred to now, "funner".

    Advice to Management

    Strive to be impartial
