    great pay, free food, good benefits.

    Cons

    really poor upper leadership, no room to move up, and you will not get promoted unless you know someone. Hard work means nothing.

    Tuition reimbursement, employee development programs and other training options make it possible to develop your skills and abilities. There are also opportunities to advance your career.

    Cons

    As will as large corporations, there are various levels of corporate politics to deal with. Being a gaming company the salaries are usually a little lower than average for the area.

    Pros

    Free lunch.
    Free Workout facility.
    Great Hours.
    Pleasant Co-workers.
    Great Medical benefits.

    Cons

    Pay is less than other Hotel/Casino's.
    Not enough opportunities to promote within my specific department.
    EDR is not the greatest in comparison to other Hotels/Casinos but it's better than nothing.

    Good chance to make big tips

    Unorganized, closed door, no communication between management and employee, lots of rumors and gossip, lazy management with a high turnover rate, dirty/outdated working conditions

    Advice to Management

    Nothing can mend the mess that is is Caesars management at this point.
