I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Free health insurance. Benefits package includes 401k, paid time off, emergency days off, life insurance, short-term disability, vision and dental.

    Cons

The previous pension plan was scrapped for a 401k. Poor enforcement of policies and lack of supervision in surveillance has resulted in a loss of long term ethical, hard-working employees and created a culture of mediocrity. Employees are promoted for what they haven't been (unjustly) written up for versus what they've contributed.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Good benefits, Competitive pay, Teamwork Environment, growth possible. If you never make waves you could be there for as long as you care to be.

    Cons

There is ALWAYS someone above you, who may overwork, or override your process. Guests give out some abuse, that just seems to get ignored if they are high rollers. Sometimes the pay for Supervisors is not enough for the workload/stress.
