I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you work and meet or surpass your goals and know the art of the deal, you will get ahead. Great benefits, lots of perks you miss once they're gone. Great people. It's a good place if you like big old-fashioned suit and tie corporations.

    Cons

Things move very slowly. You have to be get hired by another company for more money before coming to the table for a raise or promotion.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Great Benefits, that's about it

    Cons

work-life balance, sneaky and questionable practices, unstable policies, poor scheduling, terrible food safety practices, terrible food, most management is rude, not unionized, they make employees sign documents agreeing with being paid below min-wage, they make poker dealers pay other departments out their own tokes to do the same job they are already doing; they consistently make payroll errors then take money out of your check without giving any proof that the withdrawals are actually justified or accurate. They host mandatory meetings that could literally be put in a newsletter at inconvenient times and penalize people for not coming.

Company offers great benefits including heath dental vision insurance, 401k, and much more.
