      Pros

Great compensation, work-life balance, culture and inclusion, fun products to work on!

      Cons

With all of the recent mergers/acquisitions, the immediate goal-setting and success measurement is up in the air and being redefined.

      Pros

Employee-centric company with great benefits across the board. Best work-life balance I've had in the industry.

      Cons

As with all hospitality, it's a 24 hour 7 day a week operation.

      Pros

most people working are nice and fun

      Cons

no work life balance whatsoever, management doesn't care if you have critical health concerns and tells you that you're worthless if you have bad health. Long hours with no compensation. Slow covid response, and laid off entire departments. Everything is about politics, gotta kiss but if you want better treatment. Retaliation by management, anf HR is a joke, they literally contact your manager regarding the issue. They will only help those who is worth more dime for thr company,

      Pros

I did not like it at Caesar’s

      Cons

I didn’t like working in Caesar’s accounting department. There’s no work life balance and I hated their rejection policy when they reviewed your accounts. I would never go back and work there.

      Pros

good benefits, fun coworkers, free food. Pay was good, but the training was inconsistent. Fun place to work most of the time, able to attend concerts and other events.

      Cons

micromanaged by other employees. Unfair business practices when it comes to issues with employees. Favoritism among the HR staff. Great job for front of the house, not for back of the house. Very poor work-life balance

Work somewhere that cares about a proper work/life balance

      Pros

Medical benefits, retirement plan and the Caesars Health and Wellness staff are amazing! The discounted Vision and Dental are ok.

      Cons

They took away managers PTO and now give Flex Time Off only if the company can survive without you, but they cannot because everyone is short staffed and so they make you work multiple outlets and ridiculous hours. The managers are not treated the same as union staff, and so there is a constant revolving door with management because we are treated so bad. HR has no backbone with union employees and will bring them back from an SPI almost every time, even if the employee was proven to be in thw wrong. But if a manager does their jobs and is overwhelmed with working 80+ hours a week, no sleep and no staff to assist with state/local regulations then the managers are just disciplined and /or even let go, so that the officials and upper management see that action was taken to "correct" the problem. Upper management will just sit back and watch a sinking ship instead of lending a helping hand when we are all short staffed. Upper management will even be taking vacations and have 2 days off a week while everyone else is working 18 hours a day, 6+ days a week. THERE IS NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE.

      Pros

In Human Resources at Caesars Entertainment , the team in HR tried to be supportive and encourage work/life balance.

      Cons

Unfortunately, to succeed with the intense work load, You must burn the candle at both ends die a not so fair salary.

      STAY AWAY

      Pros

None. Since the merger with Eldorado, this company went through various waves of reduction of work force, laying off entire departments. Who does the additional work you ask? THE WORKING BEES.... while management director and above shove their pockets with money and have no clue nor show any interests in their employees.

      Cons

Terrible stressful environment. No work life balance. NO PTO!!! It’s called FTO (flexible time off) now and is solely based on your relationship with your manager. Terrible! Really went down hill. If you apply internally with another department, you never get an interview, not even a phone call. No work- life balance. No career opportunities, except you’re liked by management.
