I worked at Caesarstone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will have the freedom to make your own schedule and manage your territory.

    Cons

You will be micromanaged to the point of insanity. They underpay their reps, micromanage every detail and overall you are treated like you are disposable. Do not recommend!

    Advice to Management

Your employees are PEOPLE. Please treat them with respect. Pay the sales reps with commissions not capped bonuses. Let them stay in hotels that are over $100/night with tax (you're putting your employees in danger!)

    Cons

They are constantly changing the direction of the company. No real focus and they have filled their HQ with people from outside the industry.

    Advice to Management

Figure out where you are going and stop chasing your tail.

I worked at Caesarstone full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Free coffee, OJ, Milk, peanut butter, occasional snacks, on deck with creamers

    Cons

The business has gone down the toilet ever since our CEO left a few years ago. The wrong people have been hired to lead this company which is why their headquarters has moved from CA to North Carolina, profits are not as high as they used to be, and customers don’t get treated as they deserve to be. Tons of people have quit, or we’re forced to relocate or resign. You always wear more than one hat, whatever job you apply...

    Advice to Management

Hire adult people who know what they are doing and actually care about helping the company prosper. Don’t hire someone with a high school mentality, especially for a management position.

I worked at Caesarstone full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great product. Beautiful offerings. Definitely a quality product.

    Cons

Ridiculous management. Awful operations. They don't know if they're coming or going. Change in executive team like a revolving door. Have a state of the art facility that they can't keep production employees on staff.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together. Hire from the competition.

I have been working at Caesarstone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Growth potential, US leadership, beautiful product

    Cons

Global management does not plan well, everything is last minute. Too many competing stakeholders.

    Advice to Management

Establish strategic priorities, let each region run as they see fit-- one size does not fit all.

    I worked at Caesarstone full-time

    Pros

Product and brand is great. US organization has aggressive but realistic and achievable growth strategy. Strong and experienced US leadership team. Work environment is collaborative and team-oriented.

    Cons

Product/inventory availability constrains growth. Struggling to change internal culture ("old" vs. "new"). Inept corporate (parent company) leadership focused on the wrong priorities and demonstrates fundamental lack of understanding of US market; creating unnecessary frustration and diminishing effectiveness of regional organization.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course on strategy and growth. Urgently address manufacturing issues. Corporate needs to loosen stranglehold on regions and allow regions to run the business appropriately for the respective markets (with necessary accountability).
