    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Caesarstone full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great product with great brand recognition.

    Cons

Meeting goals is impossible if you don't have product to sell. But no change in goals. Goals are set based having sales reps and inventory to sell but you don't get either and still have the same goals. Hostile work environment where ops thinks that sales doesn't do anything and talks in such abusive language they should be prosecuted. HR doesn't even respond to any abuse by other employees.

    Advice to Management

Top management doesn't even know the team. The old mgmt was aggressive but they knew everyone and seemed to care. Marketing is hiring like crazy but no more sales reps. Although it doesn't matter if you don't have any product to sell.

I have been working at Caesarstone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to learn new things and expand and hone your skills. Lots of room to make a positive impact. Working for and with international colleagues. If you're looking for a place to grow the potential is here

    Cons

New plant with some growing pains. Some young, inexperienced staff with limited guidance. If you're not detail oriented or can't learn and adapt to changes , you'll struggle here

    Advice to Management

Some management needs to see their job as a piece of the bigger business and understand the company and plant functions more holistically

I worked at Caesarstone full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Other than the extremely hard working and underappreciated/disrespected ops and HQ team, there are no pros which is why i had to leave. After years of promising it will get better, while strangling my ability to make it better, you find yourself just spinning wheels and constantly changing direction due to poor leadership and decision making.

    Cons

An abusive sales team nurtured by management. Basically, if you can sell, you can get away with degrading people and constant disrespect. I have even seen these horrible people promoted and even moved to different departments rather than addressing the issue. They set unobtainable bonus criteria for both sales and ops, which forces sales to fall into the abusive attitudes their leaders have created and pits sales and...

    Advice to Management

Stop preaching and start doing. Institute a no tolerance policy for abusive work environments. Give the teams what they need to succeed and succeed SAFELY. Maybe the CEO should actually come down from his cloud and take a look at whats really happening in the warehouses and the field. Since our previous CEO left, the new one hasn't engaged with Ops AT ALL. Pay people what they are worth, because there is a ton of talent...

    I worked at Caesarstone full-time

    Pros

Company car and all expenses covered allowing you to hit the road without worry.

    Cons

They micromanage their micromanagement. There is attention to detail and then there is Caesarstone. You have no flexibility. They want you on the road all day every day and doing mountains of sales logix and reports while you are at home.

    Advice to Management

Everybody is different, either hire people already in your mold or find a way to work with people's strengths

I have been working at Caesarstone

    Pros

    Good people to work with

    Cons

Horrible leads, supervisors, and managers starting at the top. Very unsafe work environment. Can't meet quotas so compensation package is a lie - promised bonuses are non existent. One star awarded for senior management because you can't award negative stars.

    Advice to Management

Upper-upper level management: start over from scratch. Nearly the entire management team is incompetent. How don't you see that?

I have been working at Caesarstone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

At this time I can not recall a reason to tell anyone to come work here.

    Cons

No real support from HQ, no direction in the business model it is like the wild wild west out here. The HR department is a joke as well.

    Advice to Management

You need to get your act together, the people in the field can not be cleaning up your mess all the time.
