I worked at Caine & Weiner Company, Inc full-time

    Pros

I worked at the Texas location and the only pros were a few of the employees and Larry Giesing. By far the BEST Manager/VP of Operations

    Cons

Certain managers don't really give a crap about you, only thing they want is for you to MAKE THAT MONEY!!!!

    Advice to Management

Give Larry Giesing the very LOOOOOOOOOOONG overdue break he deserves and bring in people who CARE about the employees

I worked at Caine & Weiner Company, Inc full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are better collection companies. That pay better.

    Cons

Management are unprofessional, condescending, gossiping old liars. Micro managing. Pay is 12.00hr with an impossible to meet commission structure. Out-dated software from the 90's. Embarrassing company to say you worked for. Extremely high turnover. 3 people quit the same week I was hired. 10 min breaks. Co workers were sad and depressing always complaining about how they hated the job and managers. Not a job for serious, educated and career minded individuals.

    Advice to Management

Retire already. You overstayed your welcome and it's time to enter the 20th century.

    Pros

There aren't many pro's as there isn't opportunity or advancement.

    Cons

A very negative Management, and belittling if good employees.

    Advice to Management

Help your employees and give respect.

I worked at Caine & Weiner Company, Inc full-time

    Pros

It's a job. Kinda of one of those in between job kind of places.

    Cons

Management changes a lot for such a small office. seems as if everyone is frustrated and has a chip on there shoulder. no room for advancement and was lied to in interview about commission potential.

    Advice to Management

Management needs training on how to professionally and successfully communicate with their. employees.

    Pros

Not one, Oh wait...my co workers were cool.

    Cons

Favoritism, over worked, under paid, if you want to feel like a 5 year old in a call center this is it.
Needs better management, upper management gossiping, playing favorite with top collectors, over looking you if you're not in the top 5. Corporate feels if you're not making at least what they pay you, you're fired. So turn over rate is high. Most quit before they can get that far to being fired. I saw at least nine people walkout literally and was employ there three months. SMH

    Advice to Management

Every employee is important not just your top. Who cares what the weird dude in the office wants...unless he's gonna talk collection calls, his opinion about the call center floor and agents shouldn't matter. One person makes a whole floor of agents uncomfortable makes no sense. Oh and call center aren't meant to be quite it's not a library.

    Pros

There really isn't anything I can say that would be considered a "pros" review of this business. Which is unfortunate. It did not start out that way.

    Cons

the "rules" are always changing. Condescending and rude manager. the staff is very moody. Makes for a very tense and uncomfortable work environment. The company as a whole really doesn't take care of the employees for a job well done. They are very greedy when it comes to giving raises; meaning they don't give them.

    Advice to Management

Take a refresher course in customer service and learn better people skills. The morale of this office has been destroyed by management.
