    Pros

Great learning experience! The work environment was fantastic with amazing people. Everyone was very generous of their time and knowledge.

    Cons

I don't have much to say here. It is a pretty large company and it can feel like you're a little fish in a big pond. The small investment teams help with that feeling though.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Listen to your employees, they are some very smart people and definitely make your strength. If you are able to keep them happy you will have great success ahead of you!

    Pros

Great vision and substantial resources to accomplish team objectives. High degree of flexibility for all, particularly within new offices
