    Pros

    very chill environment with no real pressure, many holidays, regular hours, fairly incompetent credit risk department so easy to pass proposal

    Cons

    The company is slow to react to events.
    Not very aggressive culture
    A bit of backstabbing

    Advice to Management

    be more aggressive in business dealings, otherwise other banks would take all the business

    Benefits and the hability to change inside the company, reinventing yourself.

    Cons

    Burocracy, heavy and complex processes, desinvestiment in people. Inability to retain knowledge lack to the continuos outsourcing strategy.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in the people you want to retain. Reduce burocratic processes.

    Opportunity to explore different areas in a bank agency.
    Nice work conditions, friendly co-workers.

    Cons

    Even though our salary as interns was god - 500€/month - I realised that the recent full time workers were not earning much more than that and the opportunities to grow inside the agency are lower and lower.
